On the one hand, we offer the microfibre duvet in a summer weight. With this duvet, the filling weight is lower, so the duvet feels wonderfully light when the temperatures climb in summer. Due to even heat distribution and optimal moisture regulation, the microfibre duvet is perfect for warm summer nights without causing heat build-up. What is inside the microfibre duvet is innovative, it is a 100% Primaloft® filling made from recycled PET bottles. Primaloft® is a man-made alternative to real down with excellent insulation properties. The individual polyester fibres extracted from the plastic bottles bond together at millions of tiny points when exposed to body heat. A complex net is created that wonderfully imitates the structure and functionality of down. The net contains a multitude of small air chambers in which the body's heat is stored. At the same time, they prevent cold air from penetrating from outside the duvet. Another advantage of the microfibre duvet with Primaloft® filling is resistance to moisture. Even when wet, the material retains its beautiful shape.

Our microfibre duvet makes an important contribution to environmental protection and sustainability. Every year, more than 10 million tonnes of plastic are found in the ocean, carelessly thrown overboard from ships, for example. This plastic waste is fished out of the sea for the production of our microfibre duvet, the processing makes an important contribution to clean the seas. In order to produce a soft duvet filling from a PET bottle, a complex and innovative manufacturing process is carried out. After collecting the bottles, they are broken down into small flakes and shredded into chips. Once these chips have been melted down, the material is turned into fluffy and fine microfibres that are close to down fibres in both appearance and functionality.

Have you ever wanted to snuggle up under your duvet after a long day, but the filling has redistributed? That won't happen with our microfibre blanket. The blanket is quilted in a check pattern so that the filling is evenly distributed over the individual checks. The check pattern is sewn in lengthwise and crosswise to restrict the movement of the filling material. This also creates an even distribution of heat and virtually eliminates the possibility of the filling slipping and clumping. In addition, the blanket nestles even more comfortably against the body. Both our summer and all-season quilts are equipped with a check quilting.

Those who suffer from dust allergies often have a hard time finding the right bedding. If mites have taken up residence in the filling, people with allergies often spend the night with watery eyes and a runny nose. With our microfibre duvet, you no longer have this problem. Inside, there are very fine and smooth fibres that mites can't get a grip on. In addition, the cover of the blankets is so finely woven that no mites can penetrate the inside from the outside. Nevertheless, we recommend that you have the blanket professionally cleaned at regular intervals.
